Agreement and documents
This Firm Participation Agreement applies between Prop League Limited, trading as Prop League, and the approved prop firm that accepts it through an authorised representative (the “Firm”). It governs firm tools, talent discovery, Transfer Market activity and participation in Prop League.
The Terms & Conditions, Privacy Notice, League Handbook and Risk Disclosure also apply. If a separately signed agreement expressly conflicts with this document, the signed agreement controls only for that conflict.
Firm approval and authority
Firm access is subject to Prop League approval. The Firm must provide accurate legal, operational, brand, account-rule and contact information, keep it current, and promptly disclose any material regulatory, ownership or service change that may affect traders or competition integrity.
The person accepting this Agreement confirms that they are authorised to bind the Firm. Firm accounts and team-management access may be used only by authorised personnel. The Firm is responsible for their activity and must promptly remove access when a person no longer requires it.
Talent discovery access
Approved firms may use talent discovery to view eligible public profiles, compare standardised performance, record legitimate profile views and create private shortlists for recruitment. Access is limited to genuine prop-trading talent discovery.
The Firm must not scrape, bulk export, sell, enrich or repurpose trader data; contact traders for unrelated marketing; attempt to identify private credentials or connection information; or make a profile available to an unauthorised third party. Talent-discovery access is provided without a separate fee and does not depend on the Firm joining the team competition.
Transfer Market offers
The Transfer Market has two routes. Sim League traders in the current top 100 are discoverable all year round and the Firm may offer them live-funded accounts at any time. Live League eligibility is limited to traders who finish in the top 100 of the final year-end Live League standings; that window opens on 1 January for seven days, and an eligible trader remains available only until they opt into the new season. There are no wildcard places. The Sim Cup has been removed from the Platform.
An offer must be genuine, approved by the Firm and contain the firm identity, proposed account size, profit split, any sign-on bonus, team place, material conditions, expiry and required checks. The Firm must not use misleading headline terms, omit a material restriction or present a non-binding expression of interest as a confirmed offer.
The trader may accept, decline or let the offer expire; counter-offers are not supported. A resulting funding, services, contractor or employment arrangement is between the Firm and trader. Prop League facilitates the introduction but is not the funding provider, employer or a party to that agreement. The Firm remains responsible for its checks, documents, payments, funded accounts and legal compliance.
Prop League participation
Paid participation entitles an approved Firm to register one official ten-trader team for the season, access the applicable team workspace and appear in Prop League standings, subject to the Handbook and Platform availability.
Participation does not guarantee a particular ranking, audience, trader acceptance, commercial outcome or uninterrupted provider connection. Prop League applies the published scoring and eligibility rules consistently and may correct verified data or calculation errors.
Team registration and changes
Each Firm competes through ten team places. Each trader contributes one eligible account with a minimum starting balance of $10,000. Team standing is the equal-weighted average percentage return of the ten places; an empty place is not reweighted across the remaining team.
A Firm may make one team substitution in each calendar month from February through November. No substitution is permitted in December or January, and unused monthly substitutions do not accumulate. A substitution applies prospectively. The outgoing trader's verified history remains in the official record and the incoming trader contributes only from the official effective time.
Fees and season commitment
Prop League participation is a fixed USD $12,000 commitment for the calendar-year season running from 1 January through 31 December, payable in twelve monthly instalments of USD $1,000. The first instalment is due when the Firm commits and successful payment secures its place. The remaining eleven instalments are due on the first day of February through December. Entry closes at 00:00 Eastern Time (America/New_York) on 1 January, and a new Firm cannot enter after that cutoff.
The Firm must maintain a valid payment method and pay each instalment when due. A failed instalment receives a seven-day grace period. After that period, Prop League may suspend paid competition controls, but suspension, stopping payment or asking to cancel does not cancel, prorate, refund or reduce amounts due for the committed season. Voluntary mid-season refunds are not available unless Prop League agrees otherwise in writing.
There is no entry, roster-slot, substitution or other competition fee on top of the commitment. Applicable taxes may be charged only where legally required. The commitment does not renew automatically; each later season requires a fresh opt-in before its cutoff. Mandatory legal rights and early termination for serious breach, insolvency or written agreement remain unaffected.
When the Firm signs a trader, it funds a separate Trader Pro subscription at USD $35 per month for that trader. If the trader already pays for a personal Pro subscription, that personal subscription and its billing continue until the trader cancels it; the Firm-funded subscription is separate.
Data protection and confidentiality
Each party acts as an independent controller for personal information it determines to process for its own purposes. The Firm must use trader information only for the permitted talent- discovery, offer and team purposes, apply appropriate security, limit access, respect applicable rights and delete local copies when they are no longer required.
Private credentials, connection tokens, internal verification evidence, non-public offer activity and security information are confidential. Neither party may disclose the other's confidential information except to personnel and professional advisers who need it and are bound by suitable duties, or where law requires disclosure.
Names, logos and publicity
The Firm grants Prop League a non-exclusive, worldwide licence for the term of participation to display its name, logo and supplied brand assets in its firm profile, supported-firm references, offers, team pages, standings and ordinary editorial coverage of the competition. The Firm confirms it has the rights needed to grant that licence.
Neither party may imply sponsorship, endorsement or a broader partnership without separate written permission. Use in a paid advertisement, testimonial or case study requires specific approval.
Conduct and competition integrity
The Firm must not manipulate account attribution, returns, eligibility, team changes, rankings or offers; coordinate false trading activity; pressure a trader to hide losses or revoke a connection; evade a restriction; or interfere with an integrity review. It must preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with a reasonable investigation.
Prop League may correct errors, reject ineligible accounts, delay a team change, cancel a misleading offer or temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect traders, security or competition integrity.
Suspension and termination
Participation ends after the committed season unless the Firm affirmatively opts into a later season. No cancellation notice is required to prevent renewal. Prop League may suspend access immediately for a security risk, serious integrity concern, unlawful use or material breach, and may terminate if the breach cannot be remedied or is not remedied within a reasonable stated period.
Ending access does not erase official results, accepted offers, payment obligations or records that must remain for competition, legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes. Provisions that by nature should continue—including confidentiality, intellectual property, payment, liability and law—survive termination.
Liability, disputes and law
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of anticipated savings. Prop League's total aggregate liability under this Agreement is limited to the fees paid or payable by the Firm during the preceding 12 months, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
The parties will first try to resolve a dispute through authorised representatives. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over a business-to-business dispute.
